CANCELLATION POLICY
I completely understand that life happens and plans can change. To best accommodate all guests, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. If you need to make a change within 48 hours of your appointment, I ask that you please reach out to me directly. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service. As a courtesy, this fee may be waived if the appointment is rescheduled. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. ✨Redo Policy Your satisfaction is so important to me, and I want you to love your hair! If you feel that an adjustment is needed, please reach out within the timeframes below: * Haircuts: Adjustments must be requested within 7 days of your appointment * Color services: Adjustments must be requested within 14 days of your appointment Redo services are complimentary when they are due to a technical issue or something that did not align with the original consultation. Please note: * Redos do not apply to changes in preference (for example, wanting to go shorter, darker, lighter, or a different style than originally discussed) * Hair must be maintained using recommended professional products and care at home * All redo appointments must be scheduled with me directly ✨Late Policy I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure the best experience for both you and other guests. If you are running late, please call or text me as soon as possible. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps me stay on schedule and provide each client with the time and attention they deserve. Appointments impacted by late arrival may be subject to the cancellation fee. A valid card on file is required to reserve your appointment. By booking, you agree to these terms.
